Is Florist Tools really free to start?
Yes. You can create a Florist Tools account without a credit card. The Free plan is $0 forever. Pro Monthly is $29/month. Pro Annual is $299/year, billed annually. Save $49/year.
How does the 45-day Pro trial work?
Each eligible account can manually activate the Pro trial once. No credit card is required, it does not renew or charge automatically, and the account returns to Free when the trial ends. Existing data remains available, while Free plan limits apply to new records.
Can I import my existing Shopify orders and customers?
Yes. Florist Tools can import Shopify customer and completed-order history from CSV or Excel files. After signing in, open Customers and choose Import Business History.
Does it work on phone, tablet, and desktop?
Yes. Florist Tools is designed to work across modern phone, tablet, and desktop browsers, so you can use it at the design table or on the go.
What happens when I reach the Free plan limits?
Your existing work stays safe and remains available to view, edit, or delete. You can start your one-time 45-day Pro trial or upgrade to Pro when you need to create more.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
For subscriptions on current prices, you can switch from monthly to annual, and we'll automatically credit your unused monthly payment. If you switch from annual to monthly, your new plan will start when your current annual billing period ends. You can manage your plan anytime in Billing. Normal billing-cycle changes do not trigger an early refund. Existing subscriptions keep their original renewal price; switching a retired-price subscription is currently disabled to avoid an unexpected price increase.
