Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BBJ WRAPS Florist Tools (the "Service"). The Service is operated by YAQIONG ZHU, an individual business owner trading under the BBJ WRAPS brand (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). BBJ WRAPS and BBJ WRAPS Florist Tools are brand names and are not described in these Terms as a corporation, limited liability company, or other separate legal entity.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that business or organization.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and must not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
Section 2
Description of Services
Florist Tools provides browser-based tools for florist workflows, including cost calculations, recipes, cost-library records, customers, orders and quick sales, inventory and purchasing, delivery planning, business-history import, and reports. Features may depend on the plan, device, location, configuration, or availability of a third-party service.
The Service supports business decisions but does not provide accounting, tax, legal, safety, navigation, or other professional advice. Calculations, routes, reports, and imported results should be reviewed before you rely on them.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your password and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for deciding which employees, contractors, drivers, or other people may access business or delivery information.
One person may not impersonate another, create accounts through automated means, or share access in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.
Section 4
Free Plan and Usage Limits
The Calculator remains available on the Free plan. A Free account may have up to 10 Recipes, 10 Customers, 30 Cost Items, and a combined total of 10 Orders and Quick Sales created per calendar month. We may prevent creation of additional plan-limited records after a limit is reached. Existing data is preserved and remains available to view, edit, or delete, subject to Service operation and these Terms.
Section 5
45-Day Free Pro Trial
An eligible user may manually activate one 45-day Pro trial. No payment card is required. The trial is maintained by Florist Tools and is not an automatic Stripe subscription. It does not renew and will not create an automatic charge when it expires.
At expiration, the account returns to Free access unless the user separately purchases Pro. Existing data is preserved, but Free plan creation limits apply. The trial is available one time per eligible account and may not be restarted by creating duplicate or misleading accounts.
Section 6
Pro Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
Pro Monthly costs USD $29 per month, and Pro Annual costs USD $299 per year, billed annually. Save $49/year compared with 12 monthly payments. Both billing intervals provide the same Pro features. Existing subscriptions keep their original renewal price unless separately agreed. A paid subscription begins only after the user chooses a plan and completes Stripe Checkout; trial activation alone does not purchase a subscription.
Prices and features may change prospectively. We will provide any notice required by applicable law before a change applies to an existing paid subscription.
Section 7
Billing, Renewals and Taxes
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive monthly or annual periods unless canceled before the renewal date. By completing Checkout, you authorize Stripe to process recurring charges for the individual Operator using the payment method associated with your subscription. The amount and billing interval are shown before purchase.
Subscription prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The current Checkout configuration does not enable Stripe automatic tax calculation or add a manual tax rate. This operational setting is not a representation that a transaction is tax-exempt or that the Operator or customer has no tax obligations. If the payment or tax configuration changes, applicable taxes, if any, and the final amount charged must be shown or otherwise disclosed at Checkout before purchase.
Section 8
Subscription Cancellation
You may request cancellation through Manage Billing in Account Settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period. Paid Pro access continues through the paid-through date, and the subscription will not renew after cancellation takes effect.
Canceling a subscription does not delete the account or business data. After paid access ends, the account returns to Free access and Free plan limits apply to new records.
Section 9
Refunds and Billing Disputes
Except for an incorrect charge, a duplicate charge, a refund required by applicable law, or a different refund expressly stated at the time of purchase, subscription fees for a paid billing period are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for a partially used billing period. This rule does not limit mandatory consumer, payment, or other legal rights.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact jean@bbj-wraps.com promptly with the account email, charge date, and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details by email. We may request information needed to investigate the charge.
Section 10
Customer Data and Ownership
As between you and the Operator, you retain ownership of the recipes, images, customer and recipient information, orders, delivery information, cost-library records, historical business information, and other content you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use Customer Data. You are responsible for notices, consents, retention decisions, and lawful instructions concerning your customers, recipients, employees, and drivers.
Section 11
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; upload malware or harmful code; access another user's account or data without authorization; bypass authentication, plan limits, billing, or security controls; disrupt or overload the Service; scrape or probe the Service except as permitted by law; send spam; or store content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Section 12
Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, internet conditions, or changes to third-party services may affect access. You should maintain reasonable copies of information needed for critical business operations and verify time-sensitive orders, deliveries, calculations, and reports.
Section 13
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on or links to third-party services, including Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Google Maps Platform, and Resend. Your use of third-party pages or features may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. The Operator is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, or acts, but this does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 14
Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, interface, documentation, branding, and Operator-created content are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal florist business operations. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
If you provide feedback, you permit the Operator to use it without restriction or payment, provided this does not transfer ownership of your Customer Data.
Section 15
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Operator disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations, imports, reports, routes, inventory suggestions, or other results will be complete or suitable for a particular business decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its personnel, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, their aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of this section may not apply to you.
Section 16
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, harm to users or the Service, or discontinuation of the Service. When practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.
Section 17
Changes to Services and Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will post revised Terms and update the date above. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide any advance notice required by applicable law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Section 18
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Service are governed by the laws that apply to the individual Operator and the transaction, without overriding mandatory consumer or other rights that apply in your location. Before filing a formal claim, you and the Operator agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution.
Any court proceeding must be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims process where eligible, and nothing waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Section 19
